Personalized, one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions focus on supporting your unique needs. Through evidence-based strategies and compassionate care, individual nutrition counseling provides guidance to help you make informed choices, develop a healthier relationship with food, and create a deeper sense of inner balance.
In-person and telehealth sessions are available for:
Eating disorders – Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia, Anorexia Nervosa, Orthorexia
Families using Family Based Treatment (FBT)
Disordered Eating
Intuitive Eating
Picky eating and Selective eating
Breaking the cycle of chronic dieting
Meal planning and grocery shopping strategies
Initial and follow-up sessions are 60 minutes.

Supported meal and snack sessions help create a safe and nurturing environment for you to navigate challenging or triggering eating situations. During these sessions, a registered dietitian is present to provide guidance, encouragement, and support while you practice mindful eating, overcome fears, and build confidence in your ability to nourish yourself.
In person and virtual telehealth sessions are available meal supports
Fees
Nutrition therapy is typically covered by most health insurance companies.
Confirmation on if nutrition counseling is covered by your insurance, or if you have a copay or deductible, can be found by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
If you are out of network, you can be offered a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be responsible for payment at each session.
If you are interested in self-pay, fees can be discussed upon inquiry.
